Our Pesto is cold-prepared with always fresh basil (coming exclusively from the seaside greenhouses of theCasotti farm in Genoa) and carefully selected ingredients such as Vessalico garlic.

Instructions for use and conservation
Pour a spoonful of pesto per person into a bowl, mix with a little of the pasta cooking water, drain the pasta and season it. Do not cook or heat the pesto.
Once opened, keep refrigerated between 1°C and 4°C covered with a light layer of olive oil and consume within 3 days.
